Welcome to the 18th Annual Neighborhood Party!
For 18 years, we've gathered to share great food, friendly competition, and plenty of laughs, all while reconnecting with the neighbors who make this community so special.
This year we’re bringing back the neighborhood favorites—Cornhole Tournament * Chicken Bingo * Left Right Center * The Chili Cook-Off * Fun for the kids * and plenty of food!
So grab your family, bring a dish to share, sign up for a game (or two!), and come ready for a fun night with your neighbors.

A Neighborhood Tradition
This annual neighborhood party is organized by residents who truly love our community and the place we call home. It’s about bringing neighbors together, staying connected, having some fun, and enjoying what makes our neighborhood so special. Our hope is to keep this tradition going for many years to come, creating an evening where everyone feels welcome to come out, join in the fun, and spend time with the neighbors who make this such a great place to live.

Bounce the day away! To keep things safe and fun for our littlest neighbors, the bounce house is reserved for kids 12 and under.

Fresh off the Neighborhood Grill
Get ready for mouth-watering cookout classics like hamburgers, hot dogs, and pulled pork, grilled to juicy perfection by our neighborhood grill masters. Grab a plate, add your favorite toppings, and dig in!

Party Welcome & Food Service
5:30 PMOpening remarks from the community board and the start of food service. Please visit the welcome table first to sign up for games and the chili cookoff. If already signed up, please bring cash for payments.
Bounce House - 12 and under
All EveningThe bounce house opens! Reserved for kids 12 and under to jump and play safely.
Music
All EveningEnjoy a great playlist of music to keep the party atmosphere going all evening.
Cook-off Judging
8:00 PMBetween 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, come sample the neighborhood's finest chili and cast your vote! The winner will be announced at 8:00 PM. Sign up on this website to show off your recipe, or enter when you arrive at the party.
Piñata for 12 & Under
7:00 PMGet ready for some candy! Join us for a fun piñata activity reserved for kids 12 and under.
Cornhole Tournament
6:30 PMBe sure and sign up with your partner to play in our Cornhole Tournament. $5 entry fee per team. Sign ups on this website or at the party.
Chicken Bingo
7:00, 8:00, 9:00 PMA hilarious game of chance! Pick a square and wait for the chicken to do its thing. Sign ups on this website or at the party.
Left Right Center
9:30 PMJoin the table for a fun, fast-paced game of Left Right Center with your neighbors; just bring $3.00 to play.
Event Wrap-up
10:00-ish PMClosing thoughts, thank yous, and neighborhood cleanup begins.
